Halls of Fun aims to support children on their developmental journey
Halls of Fun came about as a result of hands-on experience with both education and the challenges sensory overload conditions can present at home and in school. As a teacher I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of children, all with different needs and learning levels. During my time in the classroom I quickly saw the value of activity breaks throughout the school day, something that was seconded by colleagues and other educational professionals. Through the years I have also had experience with how sensory development and different approaches to learning and engagement can have a real impact on children. In looking for a way to combine the two, Halls of Fun was born.
Each child is different, and each child needs the opportunity to approach learning in their own way. This is the aspect of Halls of Fun which I value the most, as it allows that chance for imagination and individual interpretation to come through, while still supporting a child to grow towards their full potential, alongside their peers. I believe as an educator and a parent that that is the basis of real learning. Halls of Fun aims to support children on their developmental journey as they move towards their full potential.
